Have had a great day out in London today. First up, a traditional visit to Borough Market with my friends Fiona and Rohays. No cake there (although I did have a tasty Caribbean soul food prawn wrap). Then it was off to meet my friend Jo in the Boulangerie Bon Matin in Finsbury Park, where I indulged in a blueberry financier. Juicy berries, light sponge and a hint of almond. The perfect afternoon pick-me-up!
