This series of short posts in cake started with a homemade cake so I thought it was fitting to finish with my homemade Christmas muffins. This a fantastic Nigella recipe that a former colleague passed to me and I have been making them every Christmas morning for the past 7 or 8 years. A delicious Christmas tradition!
