Today’s sweet indulgence was a fantastic sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. Substantial without being heavy, studded with flavoursome dates and sitting in a pool of light toffee sauce. The perfect dessert! I shared this one with my fiancé – it was his birthday, after all!
