Mmm, hard to beat a traditional lemon drizzle cake with a sharp and sweet crispy coating and soft yellow sponge. I enjoyed this one this afternoon with my lovely friend Kate and her gorgeous daughter Tilda. See also Day 4 for a twist on the drizzle cake.
